Return Policy

ANANÁ respects and values every customer, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase.

CHANGE PRODUCT

Product exchanges are accepted within the following FIFTEEN (15) calendar days calendar days after receiving your product (See: courier delivered confirmation slip for initial date).

REFUND / RETURNS

You may apply for a product refund / return within the following FIVE (5) calendar days calendar days after receiving your product (See: courier delivered confirmation slip for initial date).

If you apply for any of the options listed above, please follow:

  • Send us an email at gustavo@ananastore.co, please let us know the reason why, order number and the style/product you want to exchange.

    ANANÁ does not accept returns (refund, exchange, or credit) on any sale item unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask to consider this before committing to a purchase.

    • All return and or exchange requested products must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging, and in perfect conditions.
    • Return handling and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. 
    • Discount products do not apply for refund / returns.

    Once items are received in our warehouse, ANANÁ will process and may accept or deny the request if items don’t meet the requirements stated above. If the items don’t meet the requirements, we will inform you via email and send them back.
