Free shipping for orders of $200 USD or more. For orders under $200, a flat shipping rate of $25 USD will apply. 

All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during business hours through our partners Fedex or DHL. Once your orden has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number (check your spam if it’s your first-time shopping with us).  

Processing time is 1 to 2 business days for items in stock, for pre-order items check the dispatch dates on the individual product description. Once processed you will receive an email with all shipping and tracking information.

Shipping times may vary according to the destination but usually takes 3 to 8 business days after dispatch. Be aware that at times, unexpected delays may occur which ANANÁ has no control over. Contact us if you find that your order is taking longer than expected.
